Audio Bio
A short audio introduction to who I am and what I do — fully produced rather than a dry voice memo. Listen for a better sense of my voice, tone, and production style than any written bio can give you.
Sound designer · Musician · Voice actor · Accessibility tester
A short montage of recent work. Headphones recommended — most of this is mixed binaurally.
Reel 2026 — coming soon. For now, listen to the featured piece below or browse the full work section.
A growing collection of skits, sound design, and binaural pieces. Each one was written, designed, and mixed by me.

A short demonstration of binaural panning — a sound travelling through 3D space around the listener. Small file, but a clean example of the spatial placement work I do. Bigger binaural pieces coming to this section soon.
I'm Paul Seigneur III — a sound designer, musician, voice actor, and singer with 9 years of deep, self-directed practice in binaural audio, immersive sound design, and audio-first storytelling. I work across the full audio stack: I can design the soundscape, write and produce the music, perform the voice, and mix it all down in Reaper.
I also work part-time as an accessibility tester at the University of Colorado Boulder, auditing software, apps, and digital content for real-world usability with screen readers and assistive technology — the same expertise I bring to accessibility-focused audio work.
I'm blind, and that shapes the way I approach sound. Where a sighted designer reaches for a visual, I reach for depth, placement, and texture. It makes me especially well-suited to work where the audio has to carry the experience: audio dramas, accessibility-focused games, screen-reader UX, and anything meant to be heard through headphones rather than watched.
I work independently and I'm open to collaborations, contract work, voice gigs, and full-time roles.
Audit software, applications, and digital content for accessibility — real-world usability testing with screen readers and assistive technology. Lived-experience perspective on how blind and low-vision users actually navigate digital products.
